Japko Organic Industry Survey 2017
The robust global organic sector stayed on its upward trajectory in 2016, gaining new market share and shattering records, as consumers across the Globe ate and used more organic products than ever before, according to the Organic Trade Association’s (OTA’s) 2017 Organic Industry Survey.

Nearly half (49.4 %) of those holdings were in just three countries: Romania (22.1 %), Poland (15.4 %) and Spain (11.9 %). By contrast, 15 countries accounted for shares of less than 1 % each
